Hinduism History

The art of meditation is when people think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation. Meditation is a major part of Hinduism because the Hindus believed that it was a key to be able to achieve moksha, because moksha was the ultimate goal for hinduism.
